Rondeller® – the Intelligent Tool for the Angle Grinder

The angle grinder is one of the most important tools in the handicraft and industrial sectors for machining any type of metal. Tyrolit rondeller® have further increased their importance and all-round qualities, as they combine the properties and advantages of a wide range of grinding tools in a single product. And they do so without the need for special accessories such as supporting discs or clamping nuts. You simply start working and immediately benefit from the unique geometry and stud pattern of the rondeller®. Among the advantages are excellent chip transport, cool grinding that is gentle on the material and ergonomic working. But these are by no means all the benefits – the rondeller® also guarantee vibration-free operation and optimum adaptation to the workpiece when grinding, deburring and shaping curved surfaces.

High-quality rondeller® for metals, stone and PVC

Tyrolit's product range includes rondeller® of various types. For example, products for demanding work on various steel and stainless steel grades. For this, we recommend a grit size of 24/36 if you are looking for high stock removal. For finer surface results, we recommend grit size 60. Do you want to deburr or grind workpieces made of nonferrous metals such as aluminium, copper, brass or bronze? Then we also have the perfect products for you, since our rondeller® for nonferrous metals contain a specially developed bond that prevents clogging of the disc. Tyrolit also provides you with special rondeller® for the professional machining of universal stone materials as well as PVC.

Conclusion: If you want to machine metals, nonferrous metals and stones in a wide variety of ways as easily and efficiently as possible, the rondeller® from Tyrolit are absolutely the right choice.
